Neighbourhood Watch

There have recently been a number of incidences of street robbery in residential areas throughout the City. The police are keen to make residents aware so that may be able to give information that may be beneficial in apprehending this group. The offenders are a number of males wearing dark clothing, usually hoodies who travel around on bikes. Incidents have taken place in Longlevens, Barton and Matson areas and they usually target other smaller groups of youngsters and gain their valuables by use of threat or violence. Please ask your members to be vigilant and if they see such a group please contact the police and pass on the information.
